Our preserving process for your roof

Step 1 - Cleaning The Roof
Our professionals will thoroughly clean your roof with low pressure, High water volume to loosen mold, mildew, moss and dead wood fiber. The roof is gently cleaned with professional grade cleaning equipment designed for roofs.

Step 2 - Repair and Replacement
After cleaning, we will inspect the roof for any deteriorated, rotting, loose or missing shakes or shingles. We then repair or replace those sections. We only use CCA Pressure treated shakes

Step 3 - Fighting Leaks
Our Professionals will inspect all skylight seals and chimney flashing, re-caulking where necessary or replace.

Step 4 - Site Preparation
Prior to treating your roof we will protect your home, driveway, walkways, decks, and vegetation. We soak all vegetation and surrounding area to protect it from over spray. We will also tarp areas of sensitive nature. We try to avoid overspray; however sometimes a small gust can cause the over spray. We will rinse those areas to insure no damage occurs.

Step 5 - Preservation
After the roof has been cleaned, repaired and dried for 24-48 hours our professionals will treat your roof with most common treatment used today. We will treat your roof with one of several treatments.

Zinc Napthenate - Lets your roof age naturally to a gray silver look.

Copper Napthenate - Gives your roof a natural cedar tone that will last for several years.

Zinc Sulfate - This product is clear and designed for composition and tile roofs.
